✅ When Can You Return?
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong item (different from what you ordered)
⏱️ How Many Days Do You Have?
You must contact us within 3 days of delivery to be eligible for a return or refund.
📋 How to Raise a Return Request?

- Mention your Order ID
- Attach a clear photo or video of the damaged/wrong item
- Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours
💰 Refund or Replacement?
Once your return is approved:
- Replacement — We will send a new item free of charge
- Refund — Full refund will be credited within 5–7 business days
❌ What Is NOT Covered?
- Change of mind / don't like the product
- Wrong size ordered by customer
- Item used or opened (unless damaged on arrival)
- Return request raised after 3 days of delivery
