At Elsee, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to shop with full confidence.

✅ When Can You Return?

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong item (different from what you ordered)

⏱️ How Many Days Do You Have?

You must contact us within 3 days of delivery to be eligible for a return or refund.

📋 How to Raise a Return Request?

  2. Mention your Order ID
  3. Attach a clear photo or video of the damaged/wrong item
  4. Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours

💰 Refund or Replacement?

Once your return is approved:

  • Replacement — We will send a new item free of charge
  • Refund — Full refund will be credited within 5–7 business days

❌ What Is NOT Covered?

  • Change of mind / don't like the product
  • Wrong size ordered by customer
  • Item used or opened (unless damaged on arrival)
  • Return request raised after 3 days of delivery
